1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you use Formeze to store form fields, we collect the field labels and values you choose to save. All field values are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your stored field data is used solely to provide the autofill service to you. We generate semantic embeddings of field labels to enable intelligent matching. Embeddings are processed locally on our servers — your data is never sent to third-party AI providers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls. Field values are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. All communication between your browser and our servers uses TLS encryption. We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data to third parties.

4. Your Rights

You can export or delete all your stored data at any time from your account settings. If you delete your account, all associated data including stored fields, embeddings, and usage history will be permanently removed.
